Unlocking the Family Symbol
Menorahplan: Hiding in plain sight
Then we have a lot to talk about!
If the Temple Menorah represents the Tree of Life, found in the creation story, then The Book of Mormon is one of the menorah's biggest fans! How can we say that? Unlocking the tree symbol
The prophet Lehi of the Book of Mormon, was shown a vision of the Temple Menorah, only he was calling it the Tree of Life. This Tree of Life included an intimate portrait of all of his family members. Just as the prophet Elijah taught family values, Lehi would also teach, that the "Menorah plan" demonstrates a certain affinity for family relationships.
Menorah plan -- A Family Covenant!
Another serious contemplation of the Book, includes a deep reflection upon the prayer of Shema, commonly found within Mezuzahs. Mezuzahs are commonly attached to the doorposts of many Jewish homes, and these are some of the most profound associations with those of the Jewish faith. But Judaism isn’t the only place we find this kind of language or word patterns. What are those peculiar word combinations that we can identify as peculiar to God? the prayer of Shema most certainly contains a unique combination of words, that may one day be recognized, as the verbal signature of God!
